The next Woodstock committee meeting will be held on Tuesday 18/3/2014 at 7.45pm.
Meet after the Tuesdaynight run at the Burwood RSL Club bistro from 7.15pm with the meeting starting at 7.45pm. until about 9pm. We will be meeting in the small room behind the restaurant, the upstage rear section of the restaurant or upstairs. If there are any matters that you would like to include on the agenda could you please let me know by the Friday before otherwise the matters can be discussed on the night as ‘other business’.
If you are unable to attend could you also advise so you can be included as an apology.
