Subject: Notice of Woodstock Runners Annual General Meeting
Dear Woodstock runner,
You are invited to attend the Woodstock Runners Annual General Meeting. Due to the unavailability of Woodstock House it will this year be held at the Burwood RSL Club. Please find the details below.
When: Tuesday 5 May 2015 at 7:30pm
Where: The Sports Lounge, Burwood RSL Club, 96 Shaftesbury Rd, Burwood
There is a bistro at the club where you may wish to eat beforehand. The meeting will commence in the Sports Lounge at 8pm. Bar service will be available in the Sports Lounge.
Please find attached the meeting agenda, as well as a nomination form for the positions of the Executive Committee. If you wish to nominate a club member for the Executive Committee please complete the form and scan and email it to secretary@woodstockrunners.org.au, or submit a hardcopy to Angela or myself.
Please note that nominations for the Executive Committee close on 1 May 2015 and we will not be accepting late nominations. If you are unable to obtain the signature of the member you wish to nominate please contact them and ask them to indicate their acceptance via email to secretary@woodstockrunners.org.au.
