Mondays

Days: every Monday

Place: King George Park, Rozelle 2039

Time: 6:30 PM- 7:30PM

What we do: Following a coach led warm up we run an interval training sessions that focus on building stamina and pace. These are different every week and combine a mixture of hard and easy running. The session is then finished off with cool down and strateches.

All sessions are run by accredited Athletics NSW Woodstock coaches.

Thursdays

Days: every Thursday

Place: Campbell Oval, Ashbury

Time: 6:30 PM – 7.30 PM

What we do:

Saturdays

Days: every Saturday

Place: Brett Park, Drummoyne

Time: 7:30 AM 

What we do: Social runs starting and finishing at Brett Park (Formosa St side). Each week is a different run.

parkrun

Saturdays

Days: every Saturday

Place: Parkrun Multiple locations

Time: 8:00 AM 

What we do: Lot’s of Woodstock Runners can be found on Saturday mornings at parkrun – the free timed 5km events. As well as rotating a handicap event at some locations during the year many of our members also volunteer, run and run direct at parkrun events across Sydney and beyond.

 

LSR

Sundays

Days: every Sunday

Place: LPAC, Leichhardt

Time: 7:00 AM (sometimes earlier during the summer)

What we do: For those looking to do longer training runs, we run social long runs with distances ranging between between 12-32km. The Sunday groups are self organised with pre-agreed routes via the members dedicated facebook page that cater for similar paced runners. While these runs continue throughout the year there is a key focus in the lead up to the major city marathons, such as Canberra, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.
