The Annual General Meeting of Woodstock Runners will be held:
Tuesday 1 May 2018, 7.30pm for an 8pm start, in the Conference Room, Croydon Park Club, 55 Seymour St, Croydon Park.
The agenda for the meeting will be:
1. To confirm the minutes of the 2017 Annual General Meeting
2. To receive from the committee reports upon the activities of the club during the preceding financial year
3. To receive and consider the annual statement of income and expenditure and assets and liabilities of the club
4. To elect office-bearers of the club
5. Other business
Nominations for Office-bearers
For item 4, please think about fellow club members you would like to nominate to participate on the committee of the club. Before making a nomination make a check whether they would consent to your nomination.

Nominations close 5pm 23 April 2018.
In accordance with Section 17 of the constitution nominations can be made for the following office-bearers:
• President,
• Secretary,
• Treasurer,
• Vice President,
And, a maximum of,
• 15 Ordinary Committee members.
The election of office bearers and ordinary committee members will be held at the AGM.
