Just a reminder that the next Woodstock committee meeting will be held on next Tuesday 12/2/2013 at 7.45pm. Meet after the Tuesday night run at the Burwood RSL Club bistro from 7.15pm with the meeting starting at 7.45pm. until about 9pm.
We will be meeting in the small room behind the restaurant, the upstage rear section of the restaurant or upstairs. If there are any matters that you would like to include on the agenda could you please let me know by the Monday before otherwise the matters can be discussed on the night as ‘other business’.
If you are unable to attend could you also advise so you can be included as an apology.
